Fast and professional!
Miguel was sent to replace our water heater and he did an outstanding job. Thank you Castleworks for coming out so fast and getting us back to normal. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
Christian came on time to help replace a broken water heater. He was very professional and explained 5 different options and pricing for us. He disconnected the old water heater and drained out the hot water to get it ready for the installers.
This is our second time using CastleWorks and they’ve been great both times. Christian was very knowledge, professional and I won’t hesitate to contact them again should I need their services.
The service was outstanding. Andres was very professional and pleasant. Andres did a wonderful job installing a hot water heater.
Great person (James) be representing his knowledge of water heaters as well as helping out for financing if needed overall hoping we do need his help in the future but just not right now !
